One of my goals for 2016 is to create space. I want to live, work, and play in the most inspiring and welcoming places. I want to hold space when sharing with friends and family. Sanctuary is the ultimate goal and developing sacred space is a way of cultivating that gift.
My office is a dull, beige place with no access to the outdoors. In this video I share a bit about how I’ve changed my cubicle to a sacred space with plants, crystals, art, and tea.
