This month on Bitches with Books, Elizabeth and I are doing different reviews of our fairy tales with a twist. My first choice is CS Lewis’s retelling of the Psyche and Cupid myth in Till We Have Faces.
My review focuses on the differences between myth and retelling and the overall messages of the novel. I try not to spoil too much of the novel. I’d love to hear in the comment whether you’ve read the novel and what you thought of the main character Orual.
